A brand new shop support system has been added !
We've created a new administration panel in order to answer your support request faster, and better.

What does it changes for you ?
-You will now get an answer for every support ticket you make in less than 48 hours.

How to submit a ticket ?
-You have to connect on your account on the website, then go in the "Account" section and click "Ticket".
You'll be able to create a new ticket, manage your existing ticket and see the answers from the support.

Do not use anymore the mail peluche@pandashan.com for your support request please, you will not get any answer.

WARNING:
-REMEMBER THAT THIS SUPPORT IS ONLY A SHOP SUPPORT.
-REMEMBER TO WRITE THE TICKETS IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH.

The character transfers are now available for all realms !

Taran'Zhu -> Elegon / Rassharom: Free.
Elegon / Rassharom -> Taran'Zhu 30 points.
Elegon - Rassharom: 30 points.

You'll be able to discover this new Mist of Pandaria content as if you were on retail servers !
The development of this area has taken 3 months, but we wanted to provide you an experience comparable to the Blizzard's one.
We hope that you'll really enjoy it, and see you soon ingame to see this new content !

We're finishing the test on our PTR realm and we will soon add it.
